2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

  2. Proof Requirement: The customer must provide documented evidence (such as screenshots, screen recordings, or step-by-step proof) showing that:

    • They followed all instructions exactly as provided.

    • They implemented all required steps without modification.

    • Despite correct usage, the product did not function as described.

  3. Verification: Our team will review the provided proof. If the claim is found valid, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal dislike of the product.

5. Customer Responsibility

6. Chargebacks & Disputes Policy

  • By purchasing from KnowVoyage, you agree to first contact us at onemillionby30days@gmail.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

  • Filing a chargeback without first seeking a resolution through our official support process may be considered misuse and could result in denial of future purchases.
