This AI will find your first ₹1Cr product

This is a rule-based, mathematically weighted validation engine encoded inside a single .json file, trained using 300+ proven Indian winning products over 4 years.

1. Archetype Classification:
   Each product is mapped to a predefined behavioral archetype (problem-led, impulse, replacement, utility, status). Archetype selection directly affects scoring logic.
2. Weighted Signal Model:
   Real-world signals (margin depth, ad maturity, demand velocity, logistics friction, repeat-buy potential) are converted into numerical weights derived from historical winners.
3. Composite Scoring Formula:
   All weighted signals are fused into a single score. Products below threshold are automatically rejected before testing or capital deployment.
4. Hard Elimination Rules:
   The engine enforces non-negotiable filters that eliminate oversaturated, low-margin, logistics-heavy, or trend-decaying products.
5. Recursive State Logic:
   Each evaluation updates internal checkpoints, allowing the system to refine decisions instead of restarting from scratch.
6. LLM-Compatible Structure:
   The JSON is structured to be parsed deterministically by modern LLMs, ensuring the logic executes as defined without step drift.
